This pie is simple and great for those hot summer days.
1 8oz cream cheese (room temperature)
3/4 cup powder sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Beat the cream cheese, powder sugar, and peanut butter for 3 mintues.
In a seperate bowl beat together the heavy whippning cream and vanilla until liquid stiffens and forms peaks.
Fold together both mixtures and then freeze for 4 hours. Remove from freeze 10 minutes before serving.
